Homeschool Fridays

My favorite thing about homeschooling these days is Friday. Since we work hard all week (that's the plan anyway), we get to relax and have fun on Fridays.

I'm not one of those super creative moms that plans big creative projects all the time, and lots of days we work out of workbooks.

But on Fridays, we get to have fun. Recently, we made our bathroom into the steamy Amazon rain forest:

Today we celebrated the end of our unit on France with crepes for breakfast. Then we created an art gallery from the projects we've been working on.




Tonight, it's chocolate truffles and wine (sparkling cider). I know it may sound like overindulgence, but trust me, it's purely educational.
