All Dressed Up and Trying Hard to Behave Ourselves

We had us a very special weekend, marrying off our last bachelor uncle,

and welcoming a lovely new person into our family.

I'm embarrassed to admit that most of my pictures from the wedding are of my own children.

But that's not going to stop me from shamelessly showing them to you.

Just so you know, it's no small feat to get several young children to cooperate for pictures and sit still for a ceremony.

But it does help if you have a purse full of candy.

And Joshua, who much prefers to be busy and helpful over sitting still, was kept busy as ceremony photographer.

All in all, it was a beautiful and special evening.

It's still hard to believe that my little brother - who used to beg to play Barbies with me - is now a mature family man.

...and speaking of handsome family guys....

It looks like it was beautiful! My mom said your kids were so good. They are all adorable!

Chad's absolutely not old enough to get married! Just like we're not old enough to be married or have kids or a mortgage or any of that stuff!

Did you tell me, "I thought I'd be taller?" :)

You all looked great and so well behaved. I've learned, a purse full of candy works wonders too. =) I still have your bike helmet I need to get back to you.
